Description:
1. DIPPER slurry ball valves are the fusion of five patented technologies, and DIPPER owns complete independent intellectual property right. Per the characteristics of slurry transportation, considerate attention is paid to the design of flow passage, valve seat sealing, materials, other heat treatment and surface treatment. Inside the valve, there is no block, no sediment, no cavitation corrosion and no surging. Bidirectional zero leakage design, flexible operation and long service life are all satisfied.
2. DIPPER slurry ball valves have been successfully applied to many domestic slurry pipelines and have priorities in technology maturity and product achievements.
Performance Feature:
1. Improved way of supporting the valve ball, valves are long in stable and flexible condition.
2. No block, no sediment in valve cavity;
3. Sealing ring with self-cleaning function;
4. The sealing face between the seat and ball can be free of medium corrosion in open condition, such that service life is been improved;
5. Floating ball with self tightening and sealing function;
6. Bi-directional sealing structure;
